Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1: pick up and drive to Arusha

On the first day of your safari, your guide will pick you up from the airport and you a warm greeting. After being driven there, you will check in and eat lunch at your accommodation in Arusha. Thereafter, you’ll return to your accommodation for supper and the night at Tulia boutique hotel and spa. You’ll also have a tour of Arusha.

Day 2: drive to Tarangire national park

Your guide will take you up from your Arusha hotel after breakfast, and you’ll be transported to Tarangire National Park. More than 600 different bird species may be found in Tarangire National Park, which is also home to sizable herds of elephants. When you go to your accommodation in the national park, check in.

In the national park, you will also take part in a game drive where you will search for animals like lions, giraffes, leopards, buffalos, antelopes, and zebras among others. You will also get to observe baobab trees. After the wildlife drive, your guide will take you back to your lodge for dinner before you spend the night at Baobab tented camp.

Day 3 : full day Tarangire national park

Early in the morning, your guide will pick you up from your lodge and take you on a game drive through Tarangire National Park. While exploring the park, keep an eye out for elephants, lions, buffalos, giraffes, antelopes, and zebras among other wildlife species that inhabit the savannah plains. Following your early-morning game drive, you will eat lunch.

You will take part in an afternoon wildlife drive in the national park after lunch and see sights like the Tarangire River, after which the park was named. After dinner, you will retire to your lodge at the Baobab Tented Camp before sleeping there.

Day 4 : drive to Serengeti national park

On the fourth day of your safari, you will begin with breakfast at your lodge in Tarangire National Park as you get ready to go to Serengeti National Park, which is home to the big 5 animals—elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinoceroses. As you get ready to go on a game drive, you will check in for lunch at your lodge in the center of Serengeti National Park.

You will go on a game drive in the Serengeti National Park’s never-ending savannah grasslands and search for animals like giraffes, antelopes, gazelles, impalas, kudus, zebras, wildebeests, and hippos, among others. When exploring the Seronera area, you will also enjoy observing predators. Afterwards, your guide will transport you to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at an Osinon camp or lodge.

Day 5: full day in Serengeti central

After breakfast at your lodge in Serengeti National Park, your guide will pick you up as you get ready for a morning game drive in the park. Wildebeests, elands, zebras, gazelles, giraffes, kudus, impalas, antelopes, waterbucks, lions, leopards, and buffalos are just a few of the animals you’ll be on the lookout for. As you go across the savannah plains of the national park, you will appreciate viewing the rock outcrops known as kopjes.

During your morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park, you will also enjoy lunch before your afternoon game drive to look for further wildlife species. At Osinon camps and lodges, your guide will later drive you back to your lodging for dinner and the night.

Day 6: drive to Serengeti north

After breakfast at your lodge in Serengeti National Park, your guide will pick you up as you get ready for a morning game drive in the park. Wildebeests, elands, zebras, gazelles, giraffes, kudus, impalas, antelopes, waterbucks, lions, leopards, and buffalos are just a few of the animals you’ll be on the lookout for. As you go across the savannah plains of the national park, you will appreciate viewing the rock outcrops known as kopjes.

During your morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park, you will also enjoy lunch before your afternoon game drive to look for further wildlife species. At Osinon camps and lodges, your guide will later drive you back to your lodging for dinner and the night.

Day 7: full day Serengeti north

Your day will begin with breakfast at your lodge before a full day of exploring the Serengeti National Park’s northern region. While driving into the forest in search of various wildlife species, you may take in the stunning scenery. Your lunch will come after your morning game drive.

During lunch on your safari, you’ll also go on another game drive in search of animals, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Later, your guide will transport you back to your lodge for supper and an overnight stay at Lobo wildlife lodge.

Day 8: transfer to Ngorongoro conservation area

You will leave the resort after breakfast in order to go on a game drive around the Ngorongoro crater. You will descend roughly 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater where you will look for animals including elephants, lions, leopards, black rhinos, buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, elands, impalas, kudu, gazelles, waterbucks, warthogs, and hyenas among others. You may enjoy viewing flamingos on the beaches of Lake Magadi, which is located in the Ngorongoro crater, while visiting the crater floor.

After your wildlife drive, your guide will take you back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Hhando Coffee Lodge.

Day 9; drive to Arusha

When you get ready to go to Arusha and check into your hotel for lunch, your guide will pick you up from your lodge. Afterwards, you’ll go back to your lodge for dinner and an optional Maasai cultural experience before retiring for the night at Tulia boutique hotel and spa.

Day 10; departure

Your safari comes to an end after breakfast at your Arusha hotel, when your guide will drive you to the airport and leave you off.
